Poet's Seat is in the capable hands of Somerset Health Care Management Group

Somerset Health Care Management Group signed a management contract effective January 2006 with Poet's Seat Health Care Center. A JCAHO accredited, Poet's Seat Health Care Center is a 63-bed skilled nursing facility located in Greenfield, Massachusetts. Poet's Seat Health Care Center had a change of ownership in March 2005, providing a new opportunity for new growth. The facility is working to improve many physical plant and environmental attributes, while capitalizing on the outstanding nursing care. The combined efforts of many departments are supporting the expansion of new programs and services being offered.

Somerset Health Care Management Group currently manages Bickford Health Care Center and is excited to be involved with a third facility in it's Connecticut/Massachusetts service area.

Poet's Seat Health Care Center is a long term contract for Somerset Health Care Management Group with many possibilities to expand their role in the regulatory, political, and social atmosphere of long-term care issues in Massachusetts.
