POET'S SEAT HEALTH CARE CENTER, was named after the famous "Poet's Seat Tower". In 1966, a local physician created Poet's Seat Health Care Center. We are unique among health care centers. We have created an intimate, home setting, family orientated atmosphere; reminiscent of it's original beginning over 34 years ago. Nestled in downtown Greenfield, one mile from Franklin Medical Center. Poet's Seat Health Care Center provides a warm, friendly community, where good times and laughter are part of the lifestyle. It has built a tradition of caring, cheerful service to the elderly, mindful of their needs as individuals. |
News New Ownership Somerset Properties Group of Granby, Connecticut purchased Poet's Seat Nursing Home in March 2005. Operated by Somerset Long Term Care, LLC, it was renamed to Poet's Seat Health Care Center. It is the first acquisition for Pat and Michele Carney. |
